The only reason I bought this rolling pin from the states was because it is a lot cheaper than the UK. The item description was exactly as described and delivery was well in time for christmas. Easy to use and easy to clean, glides beautifully over pastry and icing. I would recommend all cake/ pastry makers to invest in one of these....a lot better than one of those cheap wooden ones.

I bought this pin after trying out my sister's and reading reviews. I not only read the reviews for this product, but for several other similar products and quickly settled on the Sil-pin. Although it is a bit pricey, it has definitely been worth it! I do a lot of baking and cake decorating and the fact that fondant and gum paste do not stick to the pin makes it an awesome purchase. This tool will be in my kitchen f-o-r-e-v-e-r!!!

Head Chefs Sil-Pin Rolling Pin, This is my first Silicone Rolling Pin, I got it as a Gift and It's a lot of Fun, I noticed that nothing sticks to it like the Silpat nonstick Silicone Baking Liner, I've got a couple of those. The only Silicone Rolling Pin in the World and it's very good to use with Gum Paste or Fondant. I also use it for regular doughIt is heavy enough and it Rolls Great, no wonder it has Stainless Steel Ball Bearings. The handles are made out of Rubber and they are very comfortable on your hands. It's very easy to clean and I do it by hand, and anything that has attracted to it, it goes away with a little bit of soap. Mine is Blue Color and like it a lot. Thank You
