I gave up the waxed paper for a rolling pin cover & pastry cloth back in the late '80's. Finally wore my set out. That is, rolling pin cover began to get holes in it. This replacement product works great. Only possible complaint is the cover is a big long for my pin. If I remember right, it will draw up a tad when I wash it. Great product for pie crust, biscuits & all pastries.

Pie dough sticks to counters, and it sticks to silicon pastry mats, and it sticks to rollers cold or not. But not when you use this combination. Best thing since sliced bread. Works for me every time. I swear by it and buy them for friends as gifts.
