Over the past 46 years I have bought over a 12 pastry cloths. This is by far the worst one ever. After I washed it the fabric shrunk, came out rough, and wrinkled more than any cloth I have ever had. DON'T buy this it is a waste of your money and time.

This is a must for all kitchens with cooks who love to roll it out. Very little flour needed for professional results. Nothing sticks to anything. This is the largest one I could find and actually the cheapest also.My boyfriend and I love making breads and cinnamon buns with our bread makers so I had to buy him one also.

This pastry cloth is the best I've ever purchased. It is firm and washes like a breeze. I do lay it or hang it to dry though - dryers seem to take the life from fabric, don't they? I do not have a marble countertop, or a separate place on my counter where I would feel comfortable rolling out dough directly on the countertop so this piece of cloth is my "go to". I flour it lightly and my pie crusts roll out easily w/o sticking to the cloth. This is an Amazon Verified Purchase........
