After reading the various reviews of the wooden and marble rollers I elected to try purchasing this stainless steel roller without any reviews! I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality of the roller and very pleased with how it easily rolled out the pizza dough. I like the weight and how it seems to be designed to fit various hand sizes. I am new to trying to make my own pizza and decided after a few attempts where I hand shaped the pizza ... I knew there must be a better way! As a precaution I lightly dust the roller with flower and it rolls out the dough without any difficulty. I have 3 pizzas under my belt and so far ... I am very pleased with the quality of the product.
