It's a great idea. But poor in a way. In the middle of it there seems to be a seam of some sort.. if you roll something with it... and apply significant pressure it seems to separate in the middle giving you a bent rolling pin. Not happy with that one. Granted you could force it back into place.. but this will not do with tough doughs.

This is the rolling pin I've been waiting for! The dough does not stick,I tried it without flour, No problem! My only complaint is the weight. It is very light, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. After years of wooden and marble pins, I;m used to more heft! I definitely recommend!

I've only owned 2 rolling pins in my life and this is far better than either of them. One was wood and the other marble. This rolling pin glides so smoothly and effortlessly it makes rolling dough a snap.Build quality on the fiesta is pretty good. I've only used it a few times so it's hard to say how long it will last. I did a lot of research prior to buying it since it was more expensive than a lot of the other silicone pins but supposedly this one is the most durable.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is for the price I wouldn't expect so much wobble between the pin handles and the roller itself. It's definitely not a problem or even that much, but I was hoping to find a pin that would almost be on ball bearings so there is no wobble at all
