Being new to rolling out dough, and not wanting to spend a lot for a silicone pin, I picked this marble one. I ordered it right around the big Christmas rush, and the company kept in constant touch with me as to when I could expect it. Then they ran out of the white marble, and gave me the choice of waiting for it to come in, or having a different color substituted at no extra charge. I chose to get another color. The customer service of the company was outstanding! And the rolling pin is very nice! The wooden holder that came with it isn't the best quality of wood, but it is functional. The handles on the pin are comfortable to hold, and the weight of the marble helps with the rolling. Now we are going to get fatter, as I continue to bake yummy stuff for us!

A beautiful piece of kitchen equipment. The marble has a very nice grain, the handles are nicely finished and the pin rolls smoothly. The wood cradle allows the pin to be displayed on the countertop. This is an excellent pin for the money.
