This was a wonderful gift from my hubby~I love, love, love this pin & spacers! I'll never use another pin again; the length is perfect! It'd be nice to have a 3/16" spacer; I had to put the 1/16" & 1/8" together for my shortbread cutout cookies & the rings would slip off one another while rolling the dough out, but when I got into the cookie rolling groove & got them to stay in place the cookies were the perfect thickness and baked beautifully. Also, even though it's the holiday season the rolling pin and spacer rings arrived way before the scheduled arrival date; great timing for my cookie exchange party ~thanks to "Kitchen Krafts, Inc." for getting this to me early!!!

I thought a 20" rolling pin would be too long for my standard sized 1960's formica countertop, but it turned out to work just fine. I'm not rolling out a huge piece of fondant for a cake though. I'm making low-carb almond crackers and the blue guide bands make for the perfect thickness with ease. The bands are a little difficult to get on, but not too difficult. So far I've only tried to the 1/16th inch bands. If you make crackers, cut-out cookies or pie crusts, this will make your task easier. Two thumbs up from me. I'm a satisfied customer.
