This item arrived with the handles needing attention. One of the handles was completely off and the other was very loose. It was easier for us to fix it than to send back for a replacement. Once fixed the rolling pin works as expected. The next time I will order another brand.

This rolling pin is made of high grade materials, my only disappointment was it arrived with some gouges on the barrel. quality control missed that.I still use it, and love it. But if I purchased something new...I expect new.artandsoul
